Trace Oxygen Analyzer is an integrated analysing instrument that is based on microprocessor. This versatile, accurate and simple to operate instrument can simplify the task of tracing oxygen analysis and increase the speed and efficiency of work. This user-friendly instrument can be trusted for quick response, advanced accuracy and automatic diagnostics. It integrates a sensor failure alarm system and two adaptable alarms. The end user can easily use this instrument with minimal workload, as this instrument comes with two programmable safe concentration alarms included with one high and one low set-point. It also integrates an alpha- numeric digital meter for convenience in viewing and readout quality. The maintenance free micro-fuel cell incorporated in the instrument is microprocessor supported with latest electronic design.
Trace Oxygen Analyzer is a reliable and performance-oriented instrument that is powdered by rechargeable NiCad batteries and is also integrated with pump. This quick responding and highly accurate instrument is ideal for measuring oxygen in gases, like hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, helium, butadiene, carbon dioxide, ethylene and acetylene.
INSTA - Recovery, Maintenance Free Oxygen Sensor
If you are changing, air calibrating or tracing Micro-fuel Cells within 6 to 12 hours, then the recovery period is an important factor. The recovering is executed by the sensors, that is below 10 PPM oxygen. It is easier to install sensor which ensures optimal performance that work in few minutes.
The micro-fuel cells are basically chemical devices that come with zero electrolyte in order to modify the production and guarantee minimal maintenance. Specific to oxygen, it can monitor gas streams. This self-powered, diffusion limited metal-air battery sensor is not powered by sample flow-rate or by limiting the amount of gases, like hydrogen, carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons.

The calibration of the analyzer can be done on atmospheric air. No certified gases are required for calibration process and users get a well-defined benefit in economic terms.
