About Portable VOC Detector
VOC gas monitor is meant to be used for VOC detection. Detection of leaks and poor air quality are essential to prevent health hazards. This quick responding instrument is highly sensitive and can be provided with optional accessories and capabilities, like internal pump, data logging and RS-232 output.
This instrument based on a microcontroller is highly sensitive to VOC and solvent vapor. The level of gas and vapors is displayed on LCD display. If the level reaches to a dangerous level, this quick to response instrument will alert the user through an audible alarm. When it is started, this instrument does a self integrity check and then get into measurement mode. The standard feature of VOC gas monitor are visual / audible alarms, auto calibration, back light LCD display, and software controlled alarm settings. This monitoring device has a data logger and digital output. It operates on a battery and therefore can be taken anywhere to trace leaks at their source. Customers can also opt for an optional inbuilt pump which will let them detect the leak from far away location or check the VOC concentration before entry.
